HR Task Force: Key needs for Boards, Directors, Senior Executives and Entities to find value through innovation on the HR and HRIS Lines
We have a long suffering Economy with challenged rates of Participation that speak to a weakness in the Labor Economy and a key need for Corporate Leaders to stand up and find ways to help on the needs in the Economy and Financials through the lines of Entity Contributions to Jobs and Growth.
Potentially one of the most amazing and ironic points in the Economy and Financials is how much people talk about the challenges and expenses of labor which lead to downsizing and disenfranchisement and the slow down of entity strategy due to lost knowledge capital and native expertise and how very little is done to help on the critical HR, HRIS and Vendor Portal lines in the Economy and Financials. It's one of the most fundamental avenues upon which Entities can improve through better connecting supply and demand with economic efficiency and right now it's an area of blatant need for innovation as it functions in a manner woefully inefficient to meet today's needs on supply and demand and ironically technology complicates the match of strong talent with eligible needs as failing to map the data dictionaries to the lines of that Labor Economists have long understood of cross skills in the Economy and Financials.
As the great generations who worked together on problem solving know 90% of potential is will power as that fuel which drives exceptional potential to exceptional outcomes and even the more standard lines of performance will elevate where given the right opportunities and knowledge of opportunity, potential and pathways. The older generations in recruitment knew to look to potential as well as hard skills, they understood the power of will and the Rugged Individualist mind set to make it happen. We are losing this key view line and placing too much trust in weak technology in the HR, HRIS and Vendor lines and that challenge is causing friction in the Economy and Financials and frustrating the basic task which should be to connect labor supply to demand with efficiency.
Our video below defines some relevant aspects of the problem and we have much more in mind and reserve research to help on efficiency problem solving on the HR, HRIS and Vendor lines which can help on entity labor expenses and related lines on needs with better development of tools for the labor and contracting pipelines and the identification of cross skills to needs to better connect Labor Supply and Demand with Economic Efficiency AND compliance as should rightfully be the goal in the HR, HRIS and Vendor space.
